On Saturday, 25 July 2026, the CWDC Vietnam family put down the tools and picked up the chopsticks. There were no production targets that evening. There were no shipping deadlines either. Instead, there was a long buffet table, a room full of laughter, and a team that had earned every bit of it.
The event carried a theme printed across our banner: “Kết Sức Mạnh, Nối Thành Công”. Translated, it means uniting our strength and connecting it to success. Our English slogan said the same thing in three words: Together we win.
A Saturday Evening Built Around Our People
Manufacturing is demanding work. Our team sorts, cuts, cleans, and dries coffee wood every single day. Each chew that reaches a dog in Tokyo, Michigan, or Berlin passes through several pairs of careful hands first.
Additionally, quality in our industry is never accidental. It comes from people who care about the piece in front of them. That is exactly why we set aside a full evening to say thank you.
The party started at 16:30 and ran well into the night. Staff from the production floor joined colleagues from sales, logistics, and administration. For many of them, it was the first chance to sit down together outside the factory.
Sharing a Table Changes How a Team Works
However, team building is not simply about food. It is about the small conversations that only happen when people relax.
That evening, a warehouse supervisor talked shipping schedules with a sales coordinator over grilled skewers. Two quality inspectors compared notes on drying racks. A new hire from the packing line met the colleague she had only ever spoken to by phone.
For example, several team members later mentioned that they finally understood what happens after their part of the process. That kind of understanding does not come from a training slide. It comes from sitting across a table.
The Faces Behind Every Coffee Wood Dog Chew

Consequently, we treat events like this as an investment, not an expense. When our people feel valued, they raise their hand when something looks wrong. That single habit protects every order we send abroad.
On the other hand, a disconnected team stays quiet. Small defects slip through. Nobody wants to be the person who slows down the line.
We would rather build the opposite culture. We want people who speak up because they know their voice matters here.
One Team, One Direction
More importantly, the evening reminded everyone of a shared goal. CWDC Vietnam is not simply a supplier of natural pet products. We are a company that wants to be known worldwide for doing things properly.
That ambition needs every department pulling in the same direction. Sales cannot promise what production cannot deliver. Production cannot improve without honest feedback from the field.
As a result, moments like this matter more than they might appear. They turn a group of employees into an actual team.
Small Moments, Lasting Memories
Some of the best moments were the unplanned ones. A colleague brought her poodle along for the evening. Naturally, the little guest went home with a CWDC coffee wood chew of her own.
In addition, several team members stayed behind to help clean up without being asked. Nobody organized that. It simply happened.
That is the culture we are proudest of.
A Message From Our CEO
Unfortunately, CEO Loc Le could not join the celebration in person. An unexpected business trip kept him away that weekend. He called the team during the party and sent a written message of congratulations to everyone present.
His wish for the team was simple. May CWDC Vietnam grow stronger together, and may we conquer every goal that comes next.
